At TryPrimeXR, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review this policy before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items. To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • The return must receive prior approval before being shipped back
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error
  • A restocking fee may apply where permitted by law

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened, used, altered, or damaged products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and order verification procedure.

Order Verification Policy: Please record a clear, uninterrupted video of your package being opened, including the sealed mylar bag and the initial opening of the tamper-evident packaging. This video is required for any claims involving missing items, damaged products, or order discrepancies. Without video verification, we are unable to issue refunds, replacements, or reshipments.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened, used, or partially used products
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Customer Satisfaction

Opened products are generally final sale. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 10 days of delivery. In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion for unused portions of a product.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method immediately

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
